The Chestertown Police Department has made the following announcement regarding No Parking Areas and Street Closures for this weekend’s HP Festival.

BEGINNING AT 3PM ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2018 AND ENDING AT 11:30PM ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2018:
** Garfield Center side of High St. from the “Kitchen” to Lawyers Row (Court St). The diagonal parking spaces on High St. and Memorial Park Rd. near Lawyers Row.
BEGINNING AT 1AM AND ENDING AT 8PM ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2018:
** High St. on both sides of the street from Spring St. to Queen St.
** Nearly New Parking Lot
** Cross St. from Park Row to High St.
** Fountain Park side of Park Row
