MD First Lady with KCPS Art Teachers From Left: Teresa Jetton, Charlie Thai (Music Teacher), Aimée Boumiea, John Schratweiser (Director, Kent County Arts Council), Yumi Hogan, Stephanie Spencer, Noel Morris, Mark Buckel (Assistant Principal, KCHS) and Janet McCormack
There were quite a few options for this week’s Photo of the Week, but it’s not often that the Governor’s wife comes to town. She came to Chestertown for the opening of the Kent County Arts Council program Migration.
A big part of the program is art created by students in the Kent County Public Schools. That art can be seen at the RiverArts Galleries through November 11th.
