Chester River Health Foundation:
Due to the uncertainty about the length of time the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak will be with us — and with the greatest concern and respect for our community — we have moved our annual golf tournament fundraiser to Friday, September 25, 2020.
We are very grateful to the Chester River Yacht & Country Club for its flexibility and graciousness!
The tournament will raise funds for a new, $250,000 telemetry system for 10 inpatient suites at UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown.
A telemetry system is an indispensable technology, which continuously measures and monitors specific vital signs at the bedside as well as during patient transport. This capability is fundamental to taking care of patients, especially those with heart conditions.
This tournament plays an important role in not only raising funds but communicating the capabilities of our hospital’s equipment to our community!
We hope you will add the date to your calendars now!
