The Garfield Center for the Arts is pleased to present “In Concert: Frank Hogans” as its next GCTV presentation, which begins streaming at 7:30 PM on our Facebook page this Wednesday, June 17, 2017.
Frank is an award-winning singer-songwriter hailing from the Eastern Shore of Maryland, who regularly plays venues in the Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia music scenes, as well as showcases in Nashville and New York City. A clever wordsmith and a seasoned and innovative guitarist, he has earned a loyal following eager to hear refreshingly intelligent lyrics and uniquely original melodies and music.
“Frank’s music is evocative of the pain and beauty – the downright JOY of growing into wisdom. With an arsenal of dark and surprising chord voicings, out-of-the-box tunings, and a counter-intuitively powerfully fragile vocal delivery, Frank Hogans is one of the most beautiful writers in the Maryland area.” Teavolve, Rob Hinkal, ILYAIMY.
