Queen Anne’s County is excited to partner with Startup Maryland, Washington College, and Kent and Cecil Counties for the 2024 Upper Shore STRT1UP Roadshow. Startup Maryland is coming to Washington College on April 9th at 2:30 p.m. to host an event celebrating local entrepreneurs and innovators. The day will include a pitch competition and opportunities to network with other innovators. Business resource partners will be on hand offering information on business financing and support.
If you’re an innovator or startup in Queen Anne’s, Kent or Cecil Counties or attend Cecil, Chesapeake or Washington College, this is your time to shine! Pitch your groundbreaking ideas and innovations for a shot at winning $4,000 for the top pitch and $1,500 for the runner-up! Selected pitchers will have the opportunity to record their pitches for maximum impact. You don’t have to pitch to come to this free event, but registration is required for all pitchers!
