During the Annual Dogwood Festival the Town of Galena received from the non-profit The Beat Goes On two AED’s. One of these will be located at the entrance to the park and the other at town hall. These are the 25th and 26th AED’s that the group has been able to donate. Earlier this year they donated on that will be located at the Ag Center in Tolchester.
The are thankful to Town of Galena, Maryland for wanting to keep hearts safe in a cardiac emergency! One of the AED’s was made possible due to the Riley family, from Galena, for donating one of these AED’s in their Aunt Granny’s memory.
