At the recent Kent County celebration of National Night Out, County Sheriff Dennis Hickman took advantage of free blood pressure screenings provided by Emily Welsh, MSN, RN, Nurse Coordinator of Shore Community Outreach Team (SCOT).
As part of UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown’s Rural Health Care Transformation initiative, SCOT brings health care access and support services to Kent and northern Queen Anne’s county residents in their homes and community settings.
