CHESTERTOWN, MD. – Trinity Lutheran Church is delighted to announce the installation of its new pastor, Rev. Keffie Deen. A native of Milwaukee, Pastor Deen brings a rich blend of pastoral experience and educational leadership to his new role.

Pastor Deen is a graduate of Concordia University and Concordia Seminary. He was ordained in 2008 and has faithfully served in a variety of capacities, including as chaplain, associate pastor and sole pastor. Most recently, he was a teacher at Milwaukee Lutheran High School. His deep roots in both education and ministry have prepared him well to serve the Trinity Lutheran Church community with insight, compassion, and commitment.
Pastor Deen is joined in ministry by his wife, Angie. He describes his calling in straightforward terms: “My job is to make it extremely hard for you to go to Hell.”
The community is warmly invited to Pastor Deen’s installation service on Sunday, June 22 at 2:00 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church, 101 Greenwood Ave., Chestertown. The service will be officiated by Dr. Lloyd Gaines, and a luncheon will follow.
All are welcome to join this joyful occasion as Trinity Lutheran Church enters a new season of ministry.
