The Soroptimist International of Kent and Queen Anne’s Counties honors Rosalie Kuechler on February 17, 2020 at the Amy Lynn Ferris Adult Activities Center in Chestertown. Wendy Bramble, President, presented Rosalie Kuechler with her 40 year pin.
