The Friends of the Kent County Public Library is an amazing local nonprofit committed to fundraising and advocacy for KCPL. When you support the Friends, you support the library.
This week, they announced that there is a new way to support the Friends! You can now buy official KCPL and Friends of the Library apparel at the Friends’ brand new online store. A portion of each sale goes to the Friends for support of KCPL.
Ways you can support the Friends:
– Shopping at the fall book sale November 13-15.
– Become a member of the Friends. Memberships are a bargain with annual fees starting at $10 for individuals and $20 for families.
– Volunteer with the Friends by applying to serve on their Board or helping with receiving and sorting book donations.
