Kyle Mariboe to Serve as Volunteer Assistant Men’s Lacrosse Coach

CHESTERTOWN, Md. — Kyle Mariboe has joined the Washington College men’s lacrosse coaching staff as a volunteer assistant coach. An experienced collegiate coach, he recently began working at the College as an admissions counselor..

Mariboe spent the past three seasons as an assistant men’s lacrosse coach at Albright College. He coached several All-MAC Commonwealth players while at Albright, including the 2017 MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Year. With Mariboe on staff, the Lions reached the MAC Commonwealth semifinals in 2016 and the MAC Commonwealth championship game in 2017. He also spent the 2015 season as an assistant coach at Muhlenberg College. His coaching experience also includes time with HEADstrong Lehigh Valley.

A 2014 graduate of Drew University, Mariboe started in goal for the Rangers when they advanced to the Landmark Conference Tournament his senior year. He also was named to the Landmark Spring Academic Honor Roll for three consecutive seasons.

Following his graduation from Drew, Mariboe served as an intern for Team Turkey at the World Lacrosse Championships held in Denver, Colo., assisting the national team coaching staff.

He has also served as a volunteer with the Bobby Campbell Lacrosse Foundation/Trenton Bridge Lacrosse in support of the programs dedication to promoting youth lacrosse in Central New Jersey and previously worked as an inside sales representative for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms of the American Hockey League.
