Olivia & Arianna Sabatino – Shorewoman of the Week

Senior soccer players Olivia and Arianna Sabatino (Dix Hills, N.Y./Half Hollows Hills West) share this week’s Shorewoman of the Week honor. The two twin sisters both scored in their final collegiate game and finished tied for the school record in career goals.

Olivia scored in the 21st minute of Saturday’s 2-0 win over Muhlenberg and Arianna followed with a goal of her own in the 34th. They each finished their collegiate careers with 20 career goals to share the school record. Olivia is also the school record holder in career points with 57 and career assists with 17. Arianna finishes her career with 48 career points, second-most in school history.

The victory gave the Shorewomen an 8-6-1 overall record, their first winning season in their 21 years of varsity play. They also finished 4-6 in Centennial Conference games, doubling their previous season-high. The win over Muhlenberg was their first in 21 all-time meetings with the Mules.

Greg Adams – Shoreman of the Week

Sophomore soccer player Greg Adams (Pasadena, Md./Chesapeake) is this week’s Shoreman of the Week. Adams tallied two goals and one assist in a 1-1 week for the Shoremen to end the season.

Adams put the Shoremen ahead for good in the 26th minute of the Shoremen’s 5-2 win over Goucher Tuesday when he gave them a 2-1 lead. He later assisted on the Shoremen’s fourth goal of the game in the 76th minute. On Saturday, he scored the Shoremen’s goal in the 24th minute of a 2-1 double-ov
