Cecily Docktor – Shorewoman of the Week
Senior lacrosse player Cecily Docktor (Wellesley, Mass./Wellesley) is this week’s Shorewoman of the Week. Docktor scored three goals and assisted on three others in the Shorewomen’s 13-8 win at Albright Wednesday.
Docktor scored on all three of her shots in the game and also had two draw controls and a ground ball in the contest.
This is Docktor’s second career Shorewoman of the Week honor.
Aaron Barclay – Shoreman of the Week
Senior baseball player Aaron Barclay (Crofton, Md./Archbishop Spalding) is this week’s Shoreman of the Week. Barclay had two key hits in the Shoremen’s 10-7 win at 20th-ranked Salisbury last Wednesday, their first-ever win over the Sea Gulls in 32 all-time meetings.
Barclay hit a two-out, two-run home run in the top of the sixth to give the Shoremen a 3-2 lead. In the top of the ninth, he hit a two-out, two-run single to give the Shoremen the lead for good at 8-7.
This is Barclay’s second career Shoreman of the Week honor.
