The building has 1,800 square feet of conditioned storage space for equipment and supplies that are sensitive to damage due to exposure to temperature and moisture, as well as 3,000 square feet of service servicing grounds maintenance equipment, vehicles, mowers and snow removal equipment for safe operation and extended service life of the equipment.

The general contractor for the project was Industrial Engineer Co. The County Roads and Water/Wastewater crews provided site work and utility connections to help reduce costs.
