There are many things to be Thankful this year. Included are my family, my friends (personal and business), my health and much more
In many ways 2022 has been a year of change. One that may now actually seeing the Covid times come to an end. Many things has come back and run pretty much as it was before 2020. Other things have transitioned.
One on these is this Website and its associated page on Facebook, Local in Kent, MD. While I have been continuously sharing information on FB, until recently I have neglected the Website. Many people are on FB and are on there every day, some probably more than they should. But many people aren’t and are thankful when I post information here.
Covid has affected me. Even when things opened I stopped attending some events that I had been a regular attendee. I have been spending more of my time with my photographic project Explore Chesapeake Country Roads, if you haven’t taken a look please do. I have also been spending more time in Caroline County, in fact I just open a shop in Greensboro, MD sharing a space withe Positivi-Tea.
However I realized recently that there is still a need for the Kent County Crier and plan to post more. Most of the information will be Local in Kent, but I will also post some news from the surrounding counties. Even Kent County, Delaware.
One thing has always held true, If I don’t know about something I can not attend. If you are doing something and want some media presence, please send an invite. I have attended a few tings over the past several months that I was the only media presence. Which obviously makes me think that this sight is still needed. And I hope still wanted.
