Kent School to Offer Free Saturday Sprouts Program for Youngsters

Kent School is inviting children and their parents to attend a fun Saturday session designed to engage and stimulate the curious minds of children ages 3 to 5. Saturday Sprouts will be held on May 11 from 900 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The program will be hosted by Kent School Preschool teachers and content will be spring-themed. There is no charge and the public is welcome. Parents should plan on staying on campus while their children participate.

Children will get the opportunity to play, make and explore with hands-on activities in the Little School classrooms and playground. Guests will also be able to take home any projects the make.Parents may take the opportunity to learn more about the Little School program while they are here.

Tricia Cammerzell, Assistant Head of School for Advancement said, “We always want to create fun and interesting activities for children that inspire a love of learning and we want to share the talents of Kent School’s teachers. We are always proud of our inclusive school community and our commitment to the greater community. I hope we have many visitors from throughout Kent County and Queen Anne’s County.” Cammerzell will be on hand to offer tours of the school to anyone interested.
